⚡️ Marketing Design Lead (AI & Web3)

Обязанности:
- Lead the visual direction and execution for integrated marketing campaigns across PR, Social, Paid Social, and Global Events.
- Create, augment and gatekeep the visual language for new protocols launching on Somnia.
- Expertly leverage AI tools (Runway, Gemini, Magnific) to accelerate production and create innovative visuals.
- Create premium KOL & Influencer kits, including motion graphics, custom avatars, and data-driven templates.
- Design high-impact physical assets for global PR and events.
- Bring complex data to life through beautiful, intuitive infographics and videos.
- Create impactful video content (production/editing capabilities are a significant plus).
Требования:
- Web3 Native: Deep understanding of blockchain, Web3, Crypto and crypto-native communities.
- Technical Artistry: Mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). Blender or Cinema 4D is a bonus.
- AI Power-User: Proficient in using and integrating AI tools into your workflow (prompt engineering, maintaining brand consistency).
- Experience: 5+ years in senior marketing design roles in high-growth tech, Web3 or top-tier creative agencies.
- Brave & Audacious: Not afraid of bold, disruptive creative, while also excelling in project management and processes.
