What you will do
- Own product marketing for in the EU, leading go-to-market strategy for new crypto products and features.
- Partner with cross-functional teams across product, creative, legal, and compliance to deliver strategic growth initiatives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to product teams, informing roadmaps based on user insights and market feedback.
- Develop differentiated narratives and messaging informed by user insights, testing, and understanding of the target audience.
- Craft marketing plans and creative direction to drive relevance, adoption, and sustained engagement.
- Define success metrics and track impact in partnership with product and data science teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in product marketing or adjacent consumer growth/product roles in tech.
- Strong go-to-market leadership, including shaping positioning, messaging, and integrated launch plans across channels.
- Ability to break down complex concepts so they’re simple, clear, and human.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to lead cross-functionally through influence.
- Data-informed decision making, including familiarity with experimentation and performance measurement.
- Comfort operating in regulated consumer products and partnering closely with legal and compliance teams.
- Must work onsite in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
