What you will do

• Become an expert in hirify.global Draft to build templates and maximize customer data usage in legal workflows.
• Conduct strategy and training sessions to ensure successful customer onboarding and product adoption.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers, focusing on identifying "first value" and managing their lifecycle.
• Manage multiple client cases, ensuring adherence to tasks and deadlines.
• Advocate for customer experience improvements and manage escalations.
• Customize onboarding journeys to meet firm-specific needs.

Requirements

• 1+ years of legal experience (paralegal level or higher) with a demonstrated understanding of the legal industry.
• Commitment to customer service and the ability to connect with all types of people.
• Experience teaching complex skills and presenting to groups of professionals.
• Tech-savviness and ability to learn new software and systems, including AI tools.
• Self-motivated and flexible, capable of managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• English: B2 required.
