Strategy Analyst (Saas)

TL;DR

Strategy Analyst or Associate (SaaS, Product Strategy): Driving strategic initiatives across a product portfolio with an accent on pricing, product launches, customer experience, and business growth. Focus on diagnosing onboarding barriers, optimizing revenue strategies, and providing analytical support to leadership.

Location: This full-time role is based in Salt Lake City, UT within commuting distance of our South Salt Lake City headquarters. The majority of hirify.global's full-time roles do not qualify for employment visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B).

What you will do

• Optimize and implement pricing, packaging, bundling, and discounting strategies to drive revenue and customer value.
• Monitor key performance metrics and report insights across industries and markets.
• Diagnose barriers to customer activation/engagement and operationalize solutions.
• Support leadership with board reporting and strategic recommendations.
• Provide analytical support to senior leaders across functional teams.

Requirements

• Ability to work onsite in Salt Lake City, UT.
• Must have US work authorization without requiring H-1B visa sponsorship.
• 1-3 years of experience in technology (B2B SaaS), management consulting, corporate strategy, or private equity (for Associate position).
• Strong analytical, critical reasoning, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, organized, accountable, transparent, and collaborative with integrity.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Undergraduate or graduate degree with an exceptional academic record.
