Location: This full-time role is based in Salt Lake City, UT within commuting distance of our South Salt Lake City headquarters.

What you will do

• Optimize and implement pricing, packaging, bundling, and discounting strategies to drive revenue and customer value across hirify.global’s product suite.
• Monitor key performance metrics and report insights.
• Analyze and prioritize efforts across industries, markets, customer segments and selling motions.
• Diagnose barriers to customer activation/engagement and operationalize solutions.
• Support leadership with board reporting and strategic recommendations.
• Provide analytical support to senior leaders across functional teams.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in technology (B2B SaaS), management consulting, corporate strategy, or private equity if applying for the Associate position.
• Proactive, organized, and accountable, with a focus on delivering results and driving customer engagement.
• Transparent, empathetic, and have integrity in all interactions.
• Skilled at working cross-functionally and foster a culture of collaboration with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to learn and grow.
• Strong analytical, critical reasoning, and creative problem-solving skills.
