What you will do

• Conduct in-depth supply chain system analysis and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Lead or support IT system projects, including design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Develop BI databases, including data modeling, ETL process design, report development, and data visualization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote system adoption and provide technical guidance.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions for supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science & Technology or related majors.
• At least 3 years of working experience as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst with proven experience in supply chain system implementation.
• Solid technical foundation in ERP or sub systems and proficient in business analysis methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in BI database development, including proficiency in SQL, data modeling, ETL tools, and BI reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP).
• Proven experience in third-party IT vendor management.
• Good English communication skills.
