What you will do
- Design and develop engaging learning solutions across multiple modalities, including e-learning, virtual, in-person, video, and microlearning.
- Create high-quality instructional assets such as storyboards, scripts, and assessments aligned to learning objectives and accessibility.
- Manage end-to-end content operations, including templates, version control, lifecycle management, and rigorous quality assurance.
- Publish, maintain, and optimize digital learning content within LMS and LXP platforms.
- Run operational reports (enrollments, completions) and partner with HRIS/IT for advanced analytics.
- Collaborate with the Learning team, Subject Matter Experts, and stakeholders to diagnose needs and recommend solutions.
Requirements
- University or specialized degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technology, or Adult Education.
- Five (5) years of hands-on e-learning development experience in a large enterprise.
- Strong experience with instructional design methodologies and learning technologies, including Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), Camtasia, Canva, LMS/LXP platforms, and SCORM/xAPI standards.
- Proven ability to design learning across modalities and leverage AI to accelerate design.
- Excellent project management, prioritization, and stakeholder communication skills.
