OneStream Consultant (Technology Transformation)

TL;DR

OneStream Consultant (Fintech): Performing advisory and implementation services to address business needs throughout client organizations for the Technology Transformation Practice with an accent on planning, design, & build phases. Focus on documenting business requirements, system design and transformational goals, configuring applications and conducting iterative unit testing.

Location: Consistent with the firm’s hybrid work model, this position will require in-person attendance at least two days per week, either at a GT office or client site.

What you will do

• Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, & build phases.
• Assist teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
• Responsible for documenting business requirements, system design and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Help to create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption.
• Provide post-production support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, MIS, or related field required, Master’s degree a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level.
• Implementation experience in EPM / CPM technologies and the ability to go deeper across EPM business processes and technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, reports, and experience with full lifecycle implementations.
• Can travel as needed.
