What you will do
- Own end-to-end solution design for mid-market and enterprise opportunities from discovery to technical validation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders, translating business challenges into scalable hirify.global solutions.
- Lead product demos and solution workshops, adapting narratives for different industries and buyer personas.
- Partner closely with Sales to shape deal strategy, influence qualification, and support commercial positioning.
- Take ownership of RFP and complex proposal responses, defining solution scope, architecture, and differentiation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Success to ensure feasibility and smooth handovers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a comparable customer-facing role within SaaS or technology.
- Proven experience working on complex, multi-stakeholder deals, ideally within e-commerce, retail, logistics, or enterprise platforms.
- Strong ability to translate business outcomes into technical solutions, architecture, integrations, and data-driven workflows.
- Confidence leading conversations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior decision-makers.
- Fluency in English (C1+) is required.
- Legally authorised to work in the UK is required.

- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field (or equivalent experience).
