Location: Hybrid role based in Houston, Texas or Atlanta, Georgia, requiring four days a week in the office.

What you will do

• Define and evolve the enterprise business architecture strategy.
• Lead business architecture efforts for large-scale transformation programs.
• Mentor and develop business architecture talent.
• Establish governance structures and ensure compliance with standards.
• Facilitate enterprise-level collaboration and strategic alignment.
• Advise senior leadership and shape strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a business architect, preferably within financial services firms.
• Proven ability in defining principles, standards, and roadmaps.
• Proficient with enterprise architecture tooling (e.g., Ardoq, ArchiMate) and business architecture approaches (e.g., BizBok).
• Deep understanding of Operating Models, strategic planning, and organizational design.
• Advanced capability in business capability management, value stream mapping, and strategic portfolio alignment.
• TOGAF Practitioner and working towards CBA Level 1 certification.
