What you will do

• Own technical presales for Federal and SLED accounts, guiding evaluation, demo, architecture, and onboarding.
• Deliver tailored product demos aligning with customer security, compliance (FedRAMP, DoD IL), and procurement needs.
• Support and guide hirify.global platform implementation for new public sector customers.
• Act as a technical translator between Sales and Product, surfacing feedback and feature gaps.
• Assist with RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires, providing compliance-aligned technical responses.
• Troubleshoot customer technical issues including endpoint configuration, networking, and integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant role within the Public Sector Enterprise space.
• Proficiency with Windows, Linux, and macOS environments, including command-line troubleshooting.
• Solid foundation in networking and security concepts (firewalls, VPN, DNS, endpoint protections).
• Familiarity with Active Directory, remote access tools, RMM tools, ITSM platforms, and endpoint lifecycle management.
• Experience using Salesforce, Jira, Highspot, or equivalent systems.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP, DoD Impact Levels, and NIST frameworks is required.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance is required.
• Exceptional communicator, capable of clearly articulating complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
