Location: San Francisco, California, United States (Onsite with up to 25% travel)

Salary: $115,200 - $144,000 USD (base salary)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of integrations for hirify.global's largest and most complex customers across all service offerings.
• Drive functional requirements gathering and define end-to-end integration requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert on freight forwarding scenarios impacting customer integrations.
• Lead projects involving traditional and modern integration technologies (flat files, EDI X12, EDIFACT, REST, SOAP APIs).
• Collaborate with Product Engineers, Integration Engineers, Account Management, Sales, and Global Operations teams.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful integration go-live.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software or technology experience in a Solutions Consultant/Architect or similar role delivering integration solutions to enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with APIs, transmission protocols (FTP, SFTP, AS2), and payload/file formats (JSON, EDI, XML, delimited files).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with a persistent, proactive, results-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant work experience.
• Experience with data analytics, data manipulation, and/or system integrations.
• Willingness to travel (up to 25%).

Nice to have

• Prior experience in logistics and/or global trade.
• Experience delivering solutions with enterprise iPaaS systems (e.g., Boomi).
• Ability to effectively drive integration efforts between hirify.global, customers, and their ERP, TMS, Customs, or WMS systems.
