Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own and develop the product strategy for screening services in Financial Crime Prevention (FCP).
• Define and lead the product roadmap aligned with regulatory requirements and market trends.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive assessments to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams from concept to launch.
• Engage in dialogue with industry organizations, regulators, and customers across the Nordics and Europe.
• Contribute expertise in sales processes, customer dialogue, and training.

Requirements

• Higher education in IT, economics, law, or another relevant field.
• Experience in product management, project management, or similar leadership roles.
• Relevant expertise in payments, KYC, sanctions screening, or AML.
• Good understanding of sanctions regulations, KYC, and anti-money laundering practices.
• Fluency and excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
