What you will do

• Define and build innovative consumer product experiences directly impacting the design, architecture, and implementation of flagship products.
• Take ownership for the long-term quality and success of products, driving continuous improvement in engineering and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with team members to clarify requirements, design solutions, and solve difficult software problems.
• Identify appropriate trade-offs and escalate issues when necessary.
• Mentor new teammates and help them learn to develop production software aligned with hirify.global's quality standards.
• Contribute to an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Experience in professional software development (non-internship).
• Experience designing or architecting new and existing systems (design patterns, reliability, and scaling).
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C#, including object-oriented design.
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Experience with Android programming.
