NOC Specialist (Fintech)

NOC Specialist (Fintech): Responsible for all support and technical related queries for products, troubleshooting to resolve or replacing in instances where these cannot be resolved, and monitoring systems with an accent on managing NOC daily tasks and becoming the first escalation process for any technical issues. Focus on system stability and problem-solving.

What you will do
- Managing NOC daily tasks
- Troubleshooting to resolve or replacing in instances where these cannot be resolved
- Become the first escalation process for any technical issues
- Working closely with internal partners to ensure system stability
- Develop Monitor tools for the production environment
- Working closely with R&D, DevOps and Products team for problem-solving and escalations
Requirements
- Experience in T1 technical support teams and/or NOC teams
- Experience with SaaS products
- Knowledge in API, bug reporting tools AWS dashboard experience in a payments industry is an advantage
- Knowledge in the following tools: SQL, Postman, AWS dashboards, Jira and Confluence is an advantage.
- Strong debuggability skills with multiple tools
- Great technical writing and verbal communication skills
