TL;DR

Commercial Sales Manager: Leading and developing a team of quota-carrying Account Executives to drive new logo and expansion revenue in the SMB hotel segment with an accent on pipeline generation, win rate, and quota attainment. Focus on assessing performance, driving consistent results through strong coaching, and scaling a high-velocity SMB business.

Location: Must be based in Dallas or New York City, with willingness to travel occasionally for team or company events.

Salary: $190,000–$220,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE) a year, including a competitive base salary and target variable compensation.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of SMB Account Executives in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Own team performance across core metrics like pipeline generation, win rate, and quota attainment.
  • Implement a disciplined operating cadence including weekly one-to-ones, pipeline reviews, and deal inspection.
  • Coach live and asynchronously by joining calls and providing actionable feedback.
  • Partner with Sales Ops and Enablement to improve execution and close skill gaps.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and provide performance insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience managing quota-carrying Account Executives in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Prior experience as a successful SMB or Mid-Market AE in a high-velocity sales motion.
  • Proven ability to coach reps through multi-opportunity pipelines and short sales cycles (< 30 days).
  • Strong command of pipeline management, forecasting, and performance inspection.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort operating in Salesforce, Gong, and performance dashboards.
  • Must be based in Dallas or NYC.

Nice to have

  • Experience in hospitality tech is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable operating in a scaling environment with evolving process and ambiguity.
