Location: Remote in Poland

Salary: PLN 358,000 – PLN 458,000 per year

• Set technical strategy for your team on a year-long time scale, tied to business-impacting projects.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics on technical sustainability, risks, and trade-offs.
• Act as a force-multiplier by defining and advocating for technical solutions and operational processes.
• Take ownership of team operations and availability, including monitoring, triage, and on-call efforts.
• Foster a culture of quality and ownership by setting code review and design standards.
• Help develop talent on your team by providing feedback, guidance, and leading by example.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Proficiency in designing, developing, and launching backend systems at scale using Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in developing web apps using declarative UI frameworks like React, React Native, or Vue.
• Experience delivering major features or system components through defined technical and execution plans.
• English: B2 required
