What you will do

• Manage handovers and perform structured validation checks to confirm game release readiness.
• Coordinate and execute pre-release actions, including smoke testing and compliance checks.
• Ensure games achieve a release-ready state tailored to each market.
• Own the release calendar per market and act as the single point of contact for release readiness.
• Compile all relevant documentation, including release and patch notes, ensuring they are added to all Jira tickets.
• Conduct post-release reviews, identifying successes and lessons learned to improve release quality.

Requirements

• Strong facilitation, teamwork, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, positive, and collaborative attitude.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and be decisive under pressure.
• Good problem-solving skills and an analytical mind.
• Focused on continuous process improvement.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills, with English: B2 required.
