What you will do
- Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, including both major advertisers and long-tail clients.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities and pitching tailored retail media solutions.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and growth teams to develop and execute effective ad campaigns.
- Act as a trusted advisor to CPG brands and agencies to maximize their ROI.
- Track and report on account performance while providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Support strategic initiatives including seasonal campaigns and regional market expansion.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in ads tech, retail media, digital advertising, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in advertising or retail media.
- Deep understanding of ad tech platforms and retail media ecosystems.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to influence clients and internal stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to optimize campaigns.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously.
