What you will do

• Identify and select core assets or brand materials for modularization.
• Deconstruct core assets and extract reusable components for upload into the Veeva component library.
• Create and apply metadata fields and taxonomy for classification within Veeva.
• Ensure claims are properly tagged with source assets and linked to references and modular components.
• Perform final compliance checks for all required claims uploaded and approved in Veeva.
• Develop training materials and SOPs for modular content workflows and provide guidance to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 6-7 years of experience in content management, digital asset management, or modular content workflows.
• Experience working in a pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising environment.
• Familiarity with Veeva Vault or similar content management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of compliance requirements in regulated industries.
• Knowledge of MLR, metadata, taxonomy, and digital asset governance.
