What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple website migrations onto Adobe AEM.
• Build production-ready AEM pages from approved Figma designs.
• Migrate and restructure content, protecting URLs, redirects, and SEO value.
• Integrate AEM with Adobe Assets, Analytics, Target, and Journey Optimizer.
• Configure performance, caching, and page load optimization.
• Produce documentation and support smooth internal handover.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites).
• Strong knowledge of AEM architecture (Author/Publish, Sling, OSGi, JCR, Dispatcher).
• Proven experience with HTL (Sightly) and component configuration.
• Strong background in large-scale content migration and content modelling.
• Experience integrating AEM with Adobe Experience Cloud products.
• Strong understanding of performance tuning, caching, and Core Web Vitals.
• Solid technical SEO knowledge within AEM.
• English: B2 required
