Product Manager (Security)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Security): Owning and evolving hirify.global's Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform, building systems for safe and efficient company operations, and enabling multi-user management with full oversight. Focus on defining the product vision, driving development of multi-user capabilities, and ensuring a secure yet seamless user experience across all hirify.global products.

Location: Hybrid in Milan. Visa and relocation support is not offered for this role.

What you will do

• Talk to customers to quickly steer and ship products based on insights.
• Lead an entrepreneurial cross-functional team with a strong focus on Engineering, bringing structure and planning.
• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Security & User Management.
• Build a modern IAM foundation that supports current and future hirify.global products.
• Drive development of multi-user capabilities, empowering admins to manage teams, access, and permissions effortlessly.
• Partner with engineers and designers to ship intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and data privacy teams to ensure regulatory alignment and security best practices.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager working on products with multiple users, roles, and permissions.
• Strong product sense and ability to translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive experiences.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, compliance, support).
• Ability to prototype user experiences to explore and communicate product ideas effectively.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and access control concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English: B2 required for application.
