Location: Hybrid (50% in office in Manchester, London, or Bristol)

What you will do

  • Lead the design and execution of the employer brand strategy.
  • Generate captivating content across various platforms and monitor brand performance.
  • Collaborate with HR and Recruitment to support their activities, including managing Glassdoor and Indeed accounts.
  • Develop, manage, and implement the annual employee events strategy.
  • Oversee the delivery of internal events, ensuring budget compliance and inclusivity.
  • Support the hirify.global Futures Foundation with charity relationships and staff engagement for fundraising.

Requirements

  • Strong data analysis, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Effective communication, media planning, and relationship management abilities.
  • Event planning experience is required.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, negotiation, and project management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and remain calm under pressure.
  • Must work in a hybrid model, spending 50% of working time each month in the office (Manchester, London, or Bristol).
