What you will do
- Take full ownership of growth through Paid Social for iOS subscription products.
- Drive growth decisions for iOS subscription products at the intersection of traffic, product, monetization, and analytics.
- Scale Paid Social as the main growth lever and manage UA execution and strategy across multiple products.
- Manage UA processes and prioritize growth hypotheses.
- Collaborate with product and monetization teams on onboarding, paywalls, and pricing decisions.
- Operate both strategically and hands-on, taking responsibility for results.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in User Acquisition for mobile iOS apps with a subscription business model.
- Deep expertise in Paid Social, particularly Meta.
- Solid understanding of unit economics, including LTV, CPA/CPP, ROAS, and profit-driven optimization.
- Strong understanding of the subscription funnel (Install → Trial → Paid).
- Experience collaborating with product and monetization teams.
- Experience managing at least 1-3 UA specialists.
Nice to have
- Broader experience across additional channels (TikTok, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads).
- Understanding of ASO and its impact on performance channels.
- Strong A/B testing mindset and experience running growth experiments.
