What you will do

• Build and execute a comprehensive retention strategy for the Cyprus site.
• Develop data-driven insights and action plans to improve employee engagement and reduce turnover.
• Partner with managers to strengthen leadership skills, team communication, and management routines.
• Oversee and guide the Performance Review cycle for the Cyprus site, training managers on evaluation quality and feedback.
• Define and support the recruitment strategy and priorities for the site.
• Provide operational and strategic support for HR activities, collaborating with global HR counterparts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a comparable HR/People Partner role in a global tech environment.
• Ability to provide advanced consulting on skillful application of HR Principles.
• Proven experience in retention, manager development, and performance management.
• Ability to coach, influence, and build trust with managers at all levels.
• Strong strategic thinking with hands-on partnership skills.
