Team Lead of Data Science & Analytics (Revenue, Pricing & Services): Leading a team of decision scientists to optimize investments through experimentation, causal data analysis, and ROI model development for hirify.global’s pricing strategy. Focus on creating impactful insights, mentoring the team, and driving the development of pricing efficiency measurement within a cross-functional leadership team.

Location: Hybrid in Europe, with headquarters in Vilnius and offices across Europe. Workation option up to 90 days per year, with 21 days allowed outside of the EU.

Salary: €4,608 - €6,233 gross per month.

What you will do

• Contribute to hirify.global’s success through insights on Pricing & Services.
• Grow and mentor a talented team of five decision scientists.
• Lead and drive the development of pricing efficiency measurement.
• Drive the usage of data & analytics within the organization, making pricing data impactful.
• Co-create and pitch findings to peers and stakeholders to pivot models and metrics.
• Proactively plan a 3-6 month roadmap, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and DSA objectives.

Requirements

• Outstanding statistical, analytical, strategic, and business skills.
• Highly business-results-oriented, connecting science with pragmatic problem-solving.
• Experienced with AB testing and measuring causal relationships using advanced statistical methods.
• Strong knowledge of at least one statistical programming language (Python, R, Julia, Scala, etc.).
• Fluency with SQL and experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
• Excellent at communicating in written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Proven experience leading a small team of decision/data scientists or analysts.
• Previous experience with ROI/ROAS models.
• Strong econometrics knowledge (statistical models, regression analyses).
