What you will do
- Enforce strict technical contracts and interface specifications (API & File) for core systems.
- Design and implement automated quality gates and code quality checks for vendor deliveries.
- Architect technical security wrappers for legacy systems to ensure safe operations during migration.
- Implement technical checks for data integrity and govern CI/CD deployment pipeline standards.
- Lead root cause analysis during complex cross-vendor outages and enforce permanent fixes.
- Build technical observability for regulatory compliance (BCBS 239, DORA) and enforce API-First design for future AI integration.
Requirements
- Senior Engineering Experience in a Lead, Integration, or DevSecOps role.
- Proven ability in vendor governance, managing external development teams and ensuring code quality.
- Deep technical knowledge of API Gateways (Rest/Soap), File Transfer (SFTP/MFT), and Identity Management (OIDC).
- Hands-on experience with AWS core services (ECS, RDS, IAM) and Linux environments.
- Practical experience with security scanning tools, vulnerability management, and "Least Privilege" principles.
- Ability to understand complex data flows (SQL/Data Lineage) and experience in regulated environments (Banking/Finance).
- Business fluent English is mandatory.
