TL;DR
Sales Operations Associate (EdTech): Supporting the business development team through lead research, analytics, and CRM data maintenance with an accent on identifying key decision-makers and understanding business needs. Location: Must be based in our Alexandria, Egypt office. Hybrid work setup: 3 days on-site / 2 days Work From Home (WFH).

What you will do
- Research potential leads and target accounts.
- Identify key decision-makers and understand business needs.
- Support the business development team with well-researched insights.
- Collaborate with revenue operations to help optimize processes.
- Keep CRM data accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or entry-level roles welcome).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong interest in research, analytics, and B2B sales.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel or spreadsheet tools.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills.
