TL;DR

What you will do

  • Ensure customer value realization and business objectives are met through automation.
  • Act as a strategic and trusted advisor to customers, empathizing with their experience.
  • Maintain high levels of customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Enable customers' automation journey using workshops, training, and product expertise.
  • Provide customer feedback to the product team and drive higher product adoption and retention.
  • Mentor newer RPA Technical Account Managers and partner with hirify.global’s Account Executives.

Requirements

  • Capable of building strong relationships, collaboration, and acting as an advisor.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Experience in sales, consulting, or customer success roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management, support, or presales activities.
  • Hands-on experience with digital technology, software delivery, and implementation.
  • English: professional working proficiency (minimum).
  • Multi-lingual skills are highly valued for customer engagement.
