Lead Analyst - Program Management

What you will do

• Manage the delivery of features from inception to approval, liaising with collaborators throughout the development process.
• Track and report progress on projects, including achievements, risks/issues, and burndowns.
• Coordinate and report on multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on accuracy.
• Manage collaborator expectations and communicate development progress and commercial timelines to teams.
• Identify, communicate, and carry out continuous improvement activities, participating in PMO program/project tools development for process standardization.
• Ensure projects adhere to the established governance framework.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Project Management role.
• Degree in software engineering, project management, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in full life cycle project management, including planning, budgeting, estimating, vendor management, and internal negotiations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including report writing and presentations, with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to lead projects across multiple geographies successfully, demonstrating strong consulting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, PowerBI, JIRA, and Clarity, with knowledge of the Agile Framework.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in India on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
