Compensation: $1000–1500/month Start + Significant Growth Bonuses

💡 About the Project:
We are launching a premium, faceless YouTube channel in the NEMT (Non-Emergency
Medical Transportation) niche. Our mission is to create the most empowering, actionable,
and high-production educational content online, similar in cinematic quality and style to
Alux.com.
Our Focus: Empowering entrepreneurs to start, run, and scale successful NEMT businesses.
Topics Include: Securing Medicaid contracts, managing fleets, success stories, financial
freedom, and creating real community impact.
Our Goal: Rapid channel growth, monetization, and brand partnerships in 2026.

🎬 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Full Video Production: Produce complete long-form videos (15–20 minutes) 2–3 times
per week.
• Character Animation: Rig and animate our custom faceless character (glowing neon
silhouette in professional/luxury attire).
• Cinematic Visuals: Integrate premium b-roll with dramatic lighting, smooth transitions,
and motivational flow.
• Motion Graphics: Create bold text overlays, data visualizations, and use
glow/bloom/particle effects.

🛠 Technical Requirements:
• Expertise: 3–7+ years experience in 3D animation and character rigging.
• Mandatory Software: Expert level in Blender / Cinema 4D and Adobe After Effects.
• Portfolio: Must include examples of 3D/motion work with glowing/neon effects or
cinematic business content.
