Junior Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Manager whom we are ready to grow within a strong
marketing expertise. You will work with experienced management, receive clear tasks, guidance,
training, and regular feedback, while strengthening your practical marketing skills.

Responsibilities:
• Execute marketing tasks according to briefs and priorities
• Participate in setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns
• Work with social media marketing
• Place articles and materials on external platforms
• Communicate with partners, platforms, and blogs
• Negotiate placements (pricing, terms, positions)
• Analyze channel performance, conversions, and metrics
• Use AI tools to accelerate and scale marketing activities
• Generate ideas, test hypotheses, and find non-standard solutions.

Requirements:
• Junior-level profile (practical experience is a strong plus)
• Basic technical marketing background, such as: advertising, SMM, design, or video creation
• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) is highly appreciated
• Creativity and strong problem-solving skills
• Analytical mindset and ability to work with numbers
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High level of responsibility and result-oriented attitude
• Willingness to learn, grow, and be highly involved in the project
• Languages: English — mandatory (spoken and written); Russian or Ukrainian — mandatory
