TL;DR

Intern, Sales Operations: Supporting the sales team by identifying and qualifying leads, managing CRM, and performing market research with an accent on customer engagement and process improvement. Focus on developing foundational sales and business operations skills while contributing to high-impact initiatives.

Location: This role requires a commitment of 4 days in-office per week at our facility in Garden Grove, CA. A $1,000 relocation stipend is available for interns currently residing more than 50 miles from Garden Grove, CA.

Compensation: $25-35 USD per hour.

What you will do

• Assist in identifying and qualifying leads, and engaging potential customers.
• Prepare compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and perform administration tasks.
• Support critical Sales Operations functions, including system build-out and month-end close activities.
• Provide general project management support and collaborate on team goals.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a college or university, pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CRM and ERP software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Netsuite).
