What you will do

• Design and execute testing cycles aligned with defined standards and quality goals.
• Identify dependencies, prerequisites, and data requirements during planning.
• Analyze, design, and execute manual and/or automated test cases.
• Report defects, validate fixes, and ensure proper documentation and tracking.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to validate scenarios and define go/no-go criteria.
• Participate in shift-left practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Manual Testing / QA roles.
• Strong experience designing and executing manual test cases and testing cycles.
• Knowledge of test planning, defect lifecycle, and quality processes.
• Experience reporting and tracking bugs using management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• English level: B2 or above.
• Must be based in Buenos Aires or Cordoba, Argentina.

Nice to have

• Experience with test automation or smoke test automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of service virtualization.
