What you will do
- Design and execute testing cycles aligned with defined standards and quality goals.
- Identify dependencies, prerequisites, and data requirements during planning.
- Analyze, design, and execute manual and/or automated test cases.
- Report defects, validate fixes, and ensure proper documentation and tracking.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to validate scenarios and define go/no-go criteria.
- Participate in shift-left practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Manual Testing / QA roles.
- Strong experience designing and executing manual test cases and testing cycles.
- Knowledge of test planning, defect lifecycle, and quality processes.
- Experience reporting and tracking bugs using management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- English level: B2 or above.
- Must be based in Buenos Aires or Cordoba, Argentina.
Nice to have
- Experience with test automation or smoke test automation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of service virtualization.
