Location: Hybrid (in office together on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursdays, and WFH (optional) on Wednesday and Fridays). Downtown Toronto office.

Salary: $119,083 to $156,852 CAD.

Requirements

• A collaborative and curious mindset, with a hands-on approach to solving problems.

• 2+ years (or equivalent experience) developing reliable, production-ready software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Interest in learning and supporting others, helping teammates while continuing to grow within your role.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools and enthusiasm to continue learning.
• Proficiency with Git and a strong understanding of version control best practices.
• Experience with agile project management tools.
