Integration Fulfillment Manager

TL;DR

Integration Fulfillment Manager: Leading a team that coordinates the setup of direct connections between hirify.global and a client's customer management or order management system with an accent on team development and customer satisfaction. Focus on driving strategic direction, developing best practices, and cross-functional collaboration.

Location: This role is onsite in our Lehi, Utah office, Monday through Friday.

What you will do

• Mentor and coach a team of integration specialists tasked with fulfilling and managing integrations across multiple verticals.
• Set, measure, and continually evaluate metrics for individual and team success.
• Drive strategic direction for the team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across hirify.global, including product, engineering, partnerships, support, customer success, and sales.
• Develop improvements to best practices, systems, and ways of working across the team.
• Manage prioritization and escalation of issues.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other STEM backgrounds.
• 1-3+ years as an integration consultant, solution engineer, software developer, or other relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams that deliver measurable results.
• Autonomous drive, ability to work cross-functionally with various departments.
• Awesome analytical and critical thinking skills, with a history of driving impact within an organization and solving complex problems.

Nice to have

• International experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Experience working with APIs and comfortable reading API documentation
