What you will do

• Support implementation of digital analytics and consent management solutions across products and platforms.
• Contribute to structured coordination, quality assurance, and compliance for international digital initiatives.
• Support the Global Head in shaping business communication, documentation, and market connectivity.
• Elevate reporting, presentations, and design standards while contributing to research and insights.
• Organize and execute digital marketing campaigns and communications.
• Act as a connector within the international network, fostering exchange and consistent team routines.

Requirements

• Must graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree by July 2026.
• Gained valuable work experience, ideally in an international context, through internships.
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality and be a team player.
• Fluency in English is required for the HQ Graduate Program.
• German language skills are necessary for some positions within the program.
