TL;DR

Profitability Systems Project Manager (Integration): Identifying, designing, and implementing system enhancements and new processes to improve user experience and data quality. Location: Austria, Europe. Travel 0-10%

Salary: EUR 2,446 gross per month (minimum according to the collective agreement)

What you will do

• Lead and support system and process optimization projects from end to end, including project planning, requirements documentation, system testing, and user training.
• Oversee and optimize the integration of the Customer Profitability System (CPM) with other hirify.global tools, participating in discussions on complex data flows and structures.
• Act as a business partner for local markets and HQ, collaborating with sales, revenue management, finance, and operations teams to capture business requirements.
• Act as a global point of contact for the CPM tool, helping local key users with process and system-related issues and questions.
• Ensure proper system functioning, find efficiencies, and tackle areas of opportunity concerning system improvements and related business processes within the CPM system.
• Conceive and create training and workshops, as well as prepare related materials and documentation for system users.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in Project Management/ Finance/ Controlling/ Product Management/ IT/ Sales.
• University Degree in Business Administration or Finance or IT.
• Strong IT skills and familiarity with ERP systems or any integrated business analytics tool is an advantage (SAP - CRM, ERP (SD, FI, COPA, CCM), S4/HANA, SAC, BI or Essbase, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.).
• Innovative and future thinking in finding new approaches with use of AI, RPA etc.
• Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks and find solutions.
• Results-oriented team player with strong communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the FMCG industry and/or focus on sales controlling or revenue management is an advantage.
