Salary: $91,200–$127,000 annually

What you will do

• Guide clients on leveraging Microsoft Power Platform for business needs.
• Integrate M365 for insights, data engineering, and analytics.
• Collaborate with development and architecture teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
• Develop solutions following best practices and methodologies.
• Participate in discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and pre-sales sessions.
• Train client end-users and junior staff on proper Power Platform development techniques.

Requirements

• 6+ years designing and deploying applications using Power Platform, MS Teams SDK, C#, SharePoint Online, or similar.
• Demonstrated experience with Canvas Applications, Model Driven Applications, Power Automate solutions, Dataverse, and AI Document Process Automation.
• Strong experience with Power BI.
• Knowledge of the Power Fx language and development best practices.
• Strong understanding of Azure AI services, Logic Apps, and AI Builder.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including direct client interaction and documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying and maintaining the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Experience with Azure DevOps and its integration into the Power Platform.
• Exposure to Microsoft Graph.
• Strong interest in developing AI/ML powered data solutions integrated with M365.
