Fullstack Developer (AdTech)

TL;DR

Fullstack Developer (AdTech): Developing and maintaining AdTech applications, including internal tools and integrations, with an accent on collaboration and code quality. Focus on supporting and fixing bugs in existing systems, as well as rapid prototyping and MVP development.

Location: Fully remote role with flexible working hours

Salary: 12 000 - 16 000 PLN gross on contract of employment or 13 500 - 19 300 PLN on a B2B contract.

What you will do

• Collaborate with other fullstack developers to design, develop, and maintain AdTech applications.
• Create and maintain internal tooling for Marketing, Digital, and AdTech teams.
• Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Extend and maintain an advanced CMS system.
• Integrate with advertising and marketing content providers.
• Support and fix bugs in existing AdTech systems.

Requirements

• Experience with AI – both for coding assistance and integrating AI into applications.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer.
• Strong autonomy, proactivity, and ability to explore new areas independently.
• Ability to switch quickly between smaller projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Openness to learning new technologies beyond the main stack.
• Communicative English (writing and verbal).

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-powered solutions in production.
• Familiarity with rapid prototyping and MVP development.
• Experience with microservices architecture is a plus.
