What you will do

• Collaborate with Customer Experience/Business teams and the Advanced Analytics team to design, develop, and deliver new dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Continuously enhance and optimize existing Power BI dashboards and datasets.
• Develop and manage Power BI datasets, data models, and transformations using Power Query (M) and related tools.
• Provide day-to-day analytics support to the Customer Experience team, including troubleshooting report issues and investigating data discrepancies.
• Perform ad-hoc Customer Experience analyses, delivering actionable insights through Power BI dashboards and data exploration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Power BI dashboard development, data visualization, and data analysis.
• Strong data visualization skills, with the ability to create intuitive, visually compelling dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into clear business insights.
• Proficiency in DAX for calculations, measures, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Power Query (M) for data transformation and preparation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
