What you will do
- Design, build, and ship agentic workflows across multiple domains (research, coding, conversational, reasoning, scheduling, analytics, workflow automation agents).
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of agents from data ingestion to monitoring, including evaluation and action taking.
- Build multi-step agents capable of autonomous planning, context tracking, memory, tool use, and API orchestration.
- Architect systems using modern agent stacks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI Assistants, Model Context Protocol, custom orchestration).
- Develop and enhance base hirify.global software and new software to meet client needs, driving technical and architectural decisions.
- Mentor junior developers and review completed software designs and code.
Requirements
- University degree in computer science or a related program is required.
- 8+ years of experience as a developer, with 2+ years as an AI developer are essential.
- Proven experience building and deploying at least two AI agents in production in the past 12 months.
- Strong understanding of the software development process and lifecycle, with Agile & Scrum methodology experience.
- Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, DeepSeek) and Agent frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI agent sdk, Microsoft Agent Framework).
- Proficiency with Retrieval (RAG), embeddings, vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, PGVector), and structured function-calling workflows.
- Experience with .NET Core, Node, Python, .Net Framework, Web APIs, Microservices, and relational databases like Postgres/SQL Server.
- Familiarity with Message Queues (SQS, Google Queues, RabbitMQ, Kafka) and CI/CD practices.
Nice to have
- Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
- Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Multi-tenancy and ML concepts.
- Experience with Docker.
