TL;DR

Senior Fullstack Engineer: Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance web applications across the front-end and back-end with an accent on architectural decisions, code quality, and system reliability. Focus on implementing complex systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and taking end-to-end ownership of features.

Location: Hybrid work in a sunny office located in the center of Bari, Italy.

What you will do

Work with a team of developers and provide guidance on coding standards, best practices, and architectural decisions.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and technical solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications across the front-end and back-end.
Architect and implement complex systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
Develop and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure application stability.

Requirements

Proficiency in frontend technologies such as VueJs, SolidJs, ReactJS, or AngularJs.
Proficiency in Server-Side Frameworks like Node.js with Express.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, preferably MongoDB.
Ability to design scalable, distributed systems with high availability.
Experience working collaboratively in agile teams and possessing a DevOps mentality.
Excellent communication skills in English.
