What you will do

• Participate in planning and implementation processes of projects.
• Coordinate and monitor ongoing projects to ensure they are on schedule and align with the strategy plan.
• Prioritize and reschedule projects based on resources and criticality of user requirements.
• Establish and run a fit-for-purpose PMO framework covering governance, reporting, planning, risk, issue, dependency, and financial management.
• Maintain the integrated program plan across all strategic initiatives and workstreams.
• Oversee the development of Business Requirements, ensuring they are comprehensive, prioritized, traceable to strategy, and suitable for implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a Major in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably within a highly rated international bank / IT Operation fields.
• At least 5 to 6 years in a bank in a Supervisory capacity in responsibilities relating to project management, products knowledge, Operation, and business excellence.
