Salary: 4 600+ euros / month gross

What you will do

• Lead people, monitoring their projects, providing help, mentorship, and guidance.
• Contribute independently to multi-person analytics teams.
• Assist in the development, testing, and delivery of services/products.
• Act as a project lead on complex and highly visible projects.
• Locate and obtain data from various internal and external sources.
• Rapidly iterate new ideas and debug issues.

Requirements

• Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
• Business Statistics: Knowledge of the statistical tools, processes, and practices to describe business results in measurable scales; ability to use statistical tools and processes to assist in making business decisions.
• Strong people management and supervision skills.
• Strong experience using SQL to query interconnected databases.
• Capacity to adapt documents and presentations for the intended audience (including senior management).
• Ability to communicate, simplifying complex data to assist business partners and decision makers.

Nice to have

• Data driven skills with the ability to organize and analyze significant amount of information.
• Good logical reasoning skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exposure to specific organizational tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub.
• Knowledge with programming languages such as Python and R preferred
