What you will do

• Design, build, and scale backend systems for stablecoin-based business payment workflows (Global Payouts, Payment Links, Invoicing).
• Own end-to-end delivery of features and services from technical design through launch, monitoring, and iteration.
• Contribute to zero-to-one product development by writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Integrate blockchains, payment rails, and internal financial systems to enable fast, secure, and reliable global business payments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, frontend engineers, designers, and compliance partners.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience building, shipping, and operating production systems.
• Experience working on consumer- or business-facing products at scale, with an understanding of reliability and performance.
• Proven ability to design, build, scale, and maintain backend services, using service-oriented or microservices architectures.
• Solid foundations in distributed systems, APIs, and data modeling, particularly for transactional, financial, or high-throughput systems.
• Strong engineering craftsmanship: writing high-quality, well-tested, and maintainable code.
• Must be able to attend in-person team and company-wide offsites multiple times annually.

• Experience growing with a company through rapid scale.
• Background in fintech, payments, blockchain, or other regulated domains.
