Post-Sales Solution Architect (LatAm): Providing expert technical guidance and support for customer integrations of a full-cycle verification platform with an accent on identifying optimal integration strategies and troubleshooting complex technical issues. What you will do
- Engage directly with customers, providing expert technical guidance during the integration process.
- Collaborate closely with clients to identify and select optimal integration strategies.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of customer integrations.
- Coordinate with the Product team to communicate client feedback and support ongoing product improvements.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical integration issues efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Solution Engineer, Solution Architect, or Technical Support specialist in software architecture and technical integrations.
- Proven experience writing or modifying scripts (Python, Java).
- Strong proficiency in REST API and SQL.
- Familiarity with using Postman to test and debug API requests.
- Experience utilizing browser development tools (console) to debug web applications.
- Practical knowledge of HTML and CSS for troubleshooting web-related issues.
- Knowledge and practical experience with Kibana/Elastic Stack.
- Advanced knowledge of English, Portuguese and Spanish is required.
