What you will do

• Design and deliver secure, scalable Taurus solutions across physical, virtual, cloud, or hybrid infrastructures.
• Lead the full lifecycle of technical service delivery, from installation and configuration to training and support.
• Build and maintain trust relationships with clients, acting as a strategic advisor and technical point of contact.
• Implement advanced professional services including product customization, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Drive client integration projects involving multiple third-party vendors and complex IT ecosystems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously refine the platform and improve client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• 5-7+ years of technical experience, ideally within complex enterprise or financial services environments.
• Proven track record as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Demonstrated expertise in integration architecture, with emphasis on banking environments.
• Extensive background in enterprise IT architectures and operations (virtualization, backup, disaster recovery, CI/CD).
• Hands-on knowledge of modern DevOps tooling: Linux, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Python, YAML, Shell scripting.

Nice to have

• Spanish language skills.
• Experience within IT consulting firms.
• Good understanding of database management (SQL) and development experience in Go, Java, or Python.
