• Research and select optimal solutions for implementing algorithms and codecs.
• Participate in R&D projects and help shape the development directions of the media platform.
• Develop and evolve media servers and signaling services using Go and C++.
• Implement solutions for scaling and optimizing existing components of Control Plane and Data Plane.
• Conduct code reviews and help strengthen the team's engineering culture.
• Participate in assessing timelines and risks, and prioritizing tasks.

Требования

• Six or more years of backend development experience.
• Deep understanding of WebRTC, SIP, or RTSP.
• Experience in designing and maintaining highly loaded distributed systems.
• Understanding of the network stack.
• Experience in modifying open-source servers (e.g., Janus, Medooza) or writing custom solutions.
• Ability to read and analyze RTP/RTCP statistics, and work with WebRTC tools (WebRTC-internals, Wireshark).
• Ability to clearly articulate technical solutions and justify technology choices.
• Readiness to take responsibility for architecture and own solutions.

• Experience developing in C/C++.

• Familiarity with WebRTC standards (RFC) and technology development trends.
