What you will do
- Analyze, profile, and optimize AI models for GPU performance and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain AI software stack components using Python and C++.
- Implement, tune, and optimize GPU kernels with parallel programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with hardware architects and simulation teams in a pre-silicon environment.
- Produce clear documentation for codebases, performance findings, and analysis workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in C++ and Python programming.
- Hands-on experience with major AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenVINO).
- Understanding of mapping neural network architectures onto hardware-accelerated inference pipelines.
- Practical experience in performance analysis across AI hardware accelerators, GPUs, or heterogeneous computing architectures.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in kernel programming for GPUs (CUDA, OpenCL, threading, multiprocessing).
- Expertise in pre-silicon GPU performance simulation, debugging performance bottlenecks, and analyzing architectural behavior.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
