What you will do

• Communicate directly with customers to assist with technical integration questions.
• Define and help select the most effective architecture schemes for customer integrations.
• Perform hands-on testing of developed integration solutions.
• Collaborate with product teams to influence product development based on customer needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the EMEA region.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Solution Architect, or in technical support roles.
• Deep understanding of software architecture and development processes.
• Proficiency in programming languages, with specific knowledge of JavaScript.
• Knowledge of various databases and operating systems.
